How a commercial project runs
We survey the premises, understand how staff and customers move through the space, and agree a layout. Drawings and material selections follow, with cabinetry and seating produced in our workshop while site work is prepared. Work is phased so occupied premises can keep operating.

What to prepare before you request a quote
A quote for a commercial fit-out is only as accurate as the information behind it. Before you message us, gather the following so we can respond with useful questions instead of guesses:
- Your rough measurements and a sketch, or simply photos of the room taken from each corner.
- Two or three reference images of styles you like, from Instagram, Pinterest or our portfolio.
- Your preferred colours and finishes, even if you are undecided.
- How the space is used day to day and by whom.
- Your location in Kigali or elsewhere in Rwanda, so we can plan delivery and installation.
Materials and finishes for commercial spaces
Cabinetry for counters, storage walls and display units is built in 18mm MDF with melamine, high-gloss acrylic or spray-lacquer finishes, or solid timber, with soft-close hinges and full-extension runners. Seating is built on kiln-dried hardwood frames with high-density foam and covered in velvet, boucle, linen, chenille or leather, so a whole project can share one consistent fabric and colour.
How to measure your space
You do not need to be precise to start a conversation, but good numbers make the first drawing much closer to the final piece. Use a metal tape, measure in centimetres and write each figure on a simple sketch of the room.
- Wall lengths, measured at floor level and again at about 1 metre high, because walls are rarely perfectly straight.
- Ceiling height in at least two places.
- Positions of windows, doors, sockets, switches, pipes and the main water or gas points.
- Skirting height and any beams, columns or boxed-in pipes.
- Doorways, corridors and stair widths the finished piece has to pass through.
